Music Ministry

Music is an integral part of the worship service at St. Paul’s church. Through music we are brought closer to the presence of God. There are a couple ways to be involved in the musical life of St. Paul’s.

Adult Choir
The adult choir provides music for our 10:00 am service. We rehearse once a week in the choir room. A broad range of music from spirituals to the great choral literature of the Anglican tradition is sung.

Children’s Choirs
Fridays, 4:30-5:15 P.M. - Junior Youth Choir (ages 4-7) - snack, game, songs
Fridays, 5:20-7:00 P.M. - Choristers (ages 8-18) - music reading, voice lesson, choir rehearsal, supper, game
Note:  if there is no school, there is no rehearsal.

Each group will sing for the 10 a.m. Sunday church service about once a month. As we gain experience and confidence, this may increase, especially in the case of the Choristers. For more information please reach out to June Hale.

Instrumental Musicians
St. Paul’s Church welcomes parishioners who play instruments to talk with John Spring and see how they might contribute to worship services.

For more information on music at St. Paul’s Church please email the Director of Music Ministries, John Spring.
